This course is an introductory course about digital protection for power systems. The topics will be covered in this course as follows:
(1) introduction to computer relaying
(2) relaying practices
(3)mathematical basis for protective relaying algorithms
(4)digital filter
(5)transmission line relaying
(6)protection of transformers and buses
(7)system relaying and control
(8)wide area measurement applications |
